You will enjoy the coaching session from the comfort of your home or office. Each month you will have a 45 minute call with your coach as well as be empowered by the coaching sessions conducted in a group format by teleconference or online webinar.

Group coaching sessions is held twice monthly on the second and fourth Monday of each month.

The important thing to remember is that Executive Life Coaching is all about you. If you are someone who never has enough “me time” to reflect on yourself and the changes you would like to make, or if you sense you’ve made a wrong turn somewhere between career and family, Executive Life Coaching is your answer.
